United States Digital Space LLC is a remote-first company seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to oversee planning, execution, and optimization of campaign requests. You will report to the Manager, Marketing Campaign Operations and serve as the operational backbone of our campaign initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Communications and 3–5 years in campaign operations or related fields, with Marketo experience and strong Jira/Asana usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or project management
• Experience building automated and complex campaign programs (lead nurtures, lifecycle nurtures, audience segmentation, workflow automations)
• 2+ years of experience leveraging Marketo
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Marketo Certified Expert (desired)
• Proficiency with Jira, Airtable, Asana

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaign strategies, timelines, and objectives
• Build, test and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Prioritize, track and document campaign request updates via project management software (Jira)
• Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• Resolve roadblocks and issues as needed to meet campaign goals
