Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Billing: Learn internal workflows to process, track, and issue customer bills and payment records.
• Customer Support: Provide warm, clear, and professional support across inbound inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups via phone and email.
• General Operations Support: Take detailed meeting notes, maintain daily task lists, update system records, and handle ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Take ownership of daily tasks, stay organized, and raise questions early to keep operations running smoothly.
