Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is seeking a numbers-driven Campaign Coordinator who will grow into Campaign Manager in a remote, permanent full-time role. You will start at $6.00/hour learning campaign processes, systems, and playbooks, with the potential to transition to $8.00/hour after the three-month period based on performance.

Responsibilities include coordinating SMS, email, newsletters, and other internal campaigns, maintaining accuracy, forecasting needs, and reporting results.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of experience in data-driven marketing, campaign operations, marketing operations, or a related role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical foundation
• Ability to forecast metrics such as ROI, CPL, conversion rates, and campaign volume
• Advanced experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar high-volume lead management/CRM systems
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, data-driven environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to learn processes quickly and take increasing ownership of campaign operations
