Job description

Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Location: Remote
Pay: $6.00-$8.00/hour

ABOUT US

We're a family-owned and operated kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling company located in Southern California. We've been in business for over 40 years and are looking for the right people to join our growing team.

Our mission is to improve people's lives by transforming their surroundings and providing a fun, hassle-free remodeling experience.

Do you want to transform your career? Start here.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a progressive role designed to transition from Campaign Coordinator to Campaign Manager.

You will begin as a Campaign Coordinator at $6.00/hour , where your first three months will focus on learning our campaign processes, systems, reporting structure, playbooks, and expectations while taking increasing ownership of campaign operations.

After successfully completing the initial three-month period and demonstrating readiness for the next level, you will transition into the Campaign Manager role at $8.00/hour.

High performers may transition earlier. If you demonstrate strong ownership, accuracy, leadership, and consistently exceed expectations during your first month, the transition to Campaign Manager may happen before the three-month period is completed.

The goal is to develop someone who can confidently take full ownership of our internal campaign operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a numbers-driven Campaign Coordinator who can grow into a Campaign Manager and eventually take ownership of our internal marketing engine, including SMS, Email, Newsletters, Internal Sales Campaigns, and other lead-generation initiatives.

We don't manage campaigns based on gut feeling. We manage based on statistical reality, strategy, and measurable results.

During the Coordinator stage, you will work closely with the team to execute, monitor, audit, and report on campaigns while developing a strong understanding of our processes and performance standards.

As you transition into the Campaign Manager role, you will take greater ownership of campaign strategy, forecasting, reporting, team coordination, and the numbers behind the customer journey.

You will be expected to understand the math behind our campaigns and work backward from business goals to determine the outreach, lead volume, and campaign activity required to achieve our targets.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Strong analytical and auditing skills—you catch missed details before campaigns launch

  • Comfortable working with numbers and performance data

  • Able to reverse-engineer forecasts and campaign results

  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure

  • Proactive and able to find solutions instead of waiting for instructions

  • Experience with CRM and campaign management

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Leadership potential and ability to take increasing ownership

  • Able to delegate and manage staff effectively as responsibilities expand

  • Previous team management experience is a plus

REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-4 years of experience in data-driven marketing, campaign operations, marketing operations, or a related role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong mathematical and analytical foundation

  • Ability to understand and forecast metrics such as ROI, CPL, conversion rates, and campaign volume

  • Advanced experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar high-volume lead management/CRM systems

  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure, data-driven environment

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Able to learn processes quickly and take increasing ownership of campaign operations

RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution & Coordination
  • Coordinate SMS, Email, Newsletter, Voice, and other internal campaigns

  • Ensure campaigns are prepared and launched according to established timelines and playbooks

  • Monitor campaign performance and identify issues that may impact results

Audit & Verify
  • Check and double-check campaigns before launch

  • Verify messaging, audience segmentation, cadence, workflows, links, automations, and campaign flow

  • Catch errors or missing items before campaigns go live

Data & Forecasting
  • Monitor campaign numbers and performance metrics

  • Work backward from lead and appointment goals to determine required campaign volume

  • Assist with forecasting ROI, CPL, response rates, conversion rates, and other campaign KPIs

Reporting
  • Prepare weekly campaign statistics and dashboards

  • Ensure campaign numbers are accurate and ready before meetings

  • Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with actionable insights—not just raw data

Playbook Management
  • Follow established Campaign Playbooks consistently

  • Help maintain accurate campaign documentation

  • Update processes and Playbooks when campaign procedures change

Progressive Ownership

As you demonstrate strong performance and readiness, you will gradually take ownership of:

  • Campaign strategy and planning

  • Reverse-engineering campaign targets

  • Weekly campaign meetings

  • Campaign forecasting

  • Team coordination and delegation

  • Performance analysis

  • Campaign Playbook enforcement

  • Strategic reporting and recommendations

The expectation is that you will transition from Campaign Coordinator to Campaign Manager once you demonstrate that you are ready to independently own these responsibilities.

COMPENSATION & PROGRESSION

Campaign Coordinator: $6.00/hour

Campaign Manager: $8.00/hour

The standard transition period is approximately three months , depending on performance, readiness, and fit.

Candidates who exceed expectations and demonstrate Manager-level ownership early may transition after the first month or before completing the full three-month period.
