Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen Staff II to join our team on a rotation schedule across our remote and challenging environments in North America. You will maintain the cleanliness of dishware, utensils, and kitchen areas while supporting cold and hot meal prep, salad bar, and sandwich stations.

The role requires at least 1 year of dishwashing experience, English communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years dishwashing experience, preferably in remote camp or hospitality
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
• Must be able to pass a background check and urinalysis
• Must provide transportation to and from the facility

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishware, cookware, utensils, and equipment
• Clean dining room and service areas; sweep and mop floors
• Operate and sanitize the dishwasher; ensure chemicals are at proper levels
• Assist in salad bar, sandwich stations, and prep for hot meals
• Restock coolers and displays; follow HACCP guidelines and safety SOPs
