Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen Staff II to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across dishware, cookware, utensils, and dining areas. You will follow SOPs and safety procedures, assist in meal prep, and help stock and clean the dining room and kitchen.

The role requires physical stamina for long shifts, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and willingness to travel for extended rotations away from home. English literacy and basic safety certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dishwashing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Valid food safety certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Must be able to travel/work long rotations away from home.
• Must pass a background check and urine analysis.
• Must provide your own transportation to the facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishware, cookware, utensils, equipment and dining room areas.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and Target Hospitality SOPs, policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware and equipment.
• Sweep, mop and maintain floors in kitchen and dining areas.
• Restock coolers and displays in the dining room.
• Assist in salad bar and sandwich station prep.
• Support in prep for hot meals and kitchen duties.
• Provide world‑class customer service to guests and attend safety meetings.
