TechOp Solutions is seeking Call Center Representatives with exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to service excellence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

These individuals will play a critical role supporting our client’s operations by reviewing, analyzing, and documenting sensitive information while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of call center experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with telephony systems and CRMs.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Word.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
Experience handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Answer and track incoming calls.
Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems.
Interview callers with critical-thinking skills and sound judgment beyond scripts and decision trees.
Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously while accurately documenting and maintaining information.
Accurately record all details in accordance with procedures.
Conduct database and open-source research.
Route and elevate calls appropriately.
Other duties, as assigned.
