The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, reviewing, analyzing, and documenting sensitive information while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Remote position, but candidates must reside within Tucson, AZ or nearby cities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of call center experience.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to multitask while inputting data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with telephony systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, especially Word, for professional reports.
• Independent work with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Answer and track incoming calls.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports in government systems.
• Record details accurately per procedures.
• Navigate multiple systems while documenting information.
• Interview callers with critical thinking beyond scripts.
• Conduct database and open-source research.
• Route and escalate calls appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
