Qualifications

• Review, analyze, and document sensitive information while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems.
• Record all details in accordance with procedures.
• Conduct database and open-source research.
• Route and elevate calls appropriately.
• 3+ years experience in a call center.
• HS Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and track incoming calls.
