Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a call center.
• Associate's Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask while inputting data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Answer and track incoming calls.
• Prepare and submit reports in government systems.
• Record details accurately per procedures.
• Conduct database and open-source research.
• Route and elevate calls as needed.
