Qualifications

• 3+ years of call center experience.
• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with telephony systems and CRMs.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Word for reports.
• Ability to multitask while inputting data.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and maintain data accuracy.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Answer and track incoming calls.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports in government systems.
• Interview callers with critical thinking beyond scripts.
• Navigate multiple systems while documenting information.
• Record all details per procedures.
• Conduct database and open-source research.
• Route and escape calls appropriately.
• Other duties, as assigned.
