InteLogix is seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to support bankruptcy-related inquiries from home. You will handle inbound calls, educate customers on processes, review balances, and ensure accurate account updates while maintaining compliance and service levels.

This full-time, remote role requires strong communication, reliability, and basic math skills. We provide paid training, health benefits, and a collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are essential.
• Computer/technology savviness with the ability to operate multiple windows/tabs.
• Call Center or Collections experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor bankruptcy filings and identify related customer accounts.
• Create and maintain bankruptcy cases per procedures.
• Prepare statements of account detailing pre- and post-petition balances.
• Process credits for pre-petition balances and update accounts.
• Handle inbound calls from residential customers on bankruptcy inquiries.
• Educate customers on bankruptcy processes, account status, and billing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records; provide team backup.
• Adhere to procedures, compliance, and service level expectations.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure workflow coverage.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
