Job summary

MCI is seeking Call Center Representatives for a remote, work-at-home role supporting the Get out the vote effort. The position involves inbound/outbound calls, customer service, sales, and tech support across the country. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with data-entry using a computer.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Wired, high-speed internet connection (20 Mbps+).
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Type swiftly and accurately (≥20 WPM).
• Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications; able to learn new systems.
• Reliable with regular attendance and punctuality.
