Job summary

Memorial Health Services in Fountain Valley is hiring a Call Center Representative I PD to be the first contact for Patients, Families and Providers. This role supports the Navigation Center and offers a day shift with training that starts on-site and transitions to predominantly remote work after completion.

You will handle phone, email and chat, deliver attentive service, schedule reservations, and maintain accurate records while upholding MemorialCare's Simply Better Experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service experience or other related guest-focused engagement preferred.
• Call center experience necessary in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent computer and typing skills are necessary. Use and knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook (operates PC with speed and accuracy).
• Some medical terminology preferred.
• Spanish speaking a plus.

• Knowledge of managed care and the business segments.
• Knowledge and ability to schedule reservations for patients/family.
