Job summary

MemorialCare in Fountain Valley is seeking a Call Center Representative I PD to serve as the first point of contact for Patients, Families and Providers. This per-diem role (16–18 hrs per week) includes a training period with weekday hours and a predominantly remote after training phase.

The position focuses on delivering the Simply Better MemorialCare Experience via phone, email and chat, prioritizing service and timely responses.

• Demonstrates strong guest-focused engagement over the phone, email, and chat.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain calm demeanor while servicing patients and families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
