Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking Employment Litigation Attorneys who are actively licensed in California and reside in eligible states to support a leading global law firm on a remote, 6-month assignment. Start anticipated January 2027 with hours 35–40 per week; compensation $100–$115 per hour depending on experience; concurrent employment not permitted; must hold CA bar and state bar licenses.

Eligible locations include the states listed above and Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Must reside in and hold an active bar license in an eligible location listed above, and must also hold an active California bar license.
• 5+ years of California employment litigation experience, including recent work within the past three years.
• Experience defending employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment matters, and related employment matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to refrain from all concurrent work throughout the assignment, including other legal employment.

Responsibilities

• Support California employment defense litigation from case assessment through resolution
• Research and analyze California employment law and procedural issues
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Analyze case materials and assist with litigation strategy and preparation
• Collaborate with attorneys to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
