Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks Employment Litigation Attorneys licensed in California to support a leading global law firm. Remote work available for candidates residing in eligible states, including Illinois. Start likely January 2027 for a 6-month assignment, with hours around 35–40 per week, Monday–Friday.

Pay is $100–$115/hour, depending on experience. Concurrent work is not permitted. Must hold active California and eligible state bar licenses and have 5+ years of California

Qualifications

• Must reside in and hold an active bar license in good standing in an eligible location listed above, and must also hold an active California bar license.
• 5+ years of California employment litigation experience, including recent work within the past three years.
• Experience defending employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, and related employment matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support California employment defense litigation from case assessment through resolution.
• Research and analyze California employment law and procedural issues.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Analyze case materials and assist with litigation strategy and preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
