Qualifications

• 5+ years of California employment litigation experience, including recent work.
• Must reside in and hold an active bar license in an eligible location and must also hold an active California bar license.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support California employment defense litigation from case assessment through resolution.
• Research and analyze California employment law and procedural issues.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Analyze case materials and assist with litigation strategy and preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
