Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking Employment Litigation Attorneys licensed in California to support a leading global law firm on a 6-month remote assignment. Candidates must reside in eligible states, be actively licensed in California, and have 5+ years of California employment litigation experience, including defending employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment.

Qualifications

Must reside in and hold an active bar license in good standing in an eligible location listed above, and must also hold an active California bar license.
5+ years of California employment litigation experience, including recent relevant work within the past three years
Experience defending employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment matters, and related employment matters
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to refrain from all concurrent work throughout the assignment, including other legal employment, contract engagements, or a separate practice

Responsibilities

Support California employment defense litigation from case assessment through resolution
Research and analyze California employment law and procedural issues
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
Analyze case materials and assist with litigation strategy and preparation
Collaborate with attorneys to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
