The position emphasizes change management discipline, incident resolution, and building strong customer relationships while ensuring system performance and compliance with CJIS policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within public safety or IT environments.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per government customer.
• Strong communication, multitasking and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide backfill support at customer sites for system administrators.
• Deliver remote coverage and onsite assistance as needed.
• Adhere to change management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and diagnose PremeirOne CAD/RMS systems and coordinate resources.
