Mindrift invites a freelance CAD specialist to train and evaluate AI agents operating in a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks. You will design part geometry, build reference solutions, and judge agent attempts alongside CFD engineers.

Remote work with flexible hours, roughly 10–20 hours per week during active phases. Requires hands-on CAD with CATIA, SolidWorks, NX or Creo, strong Python, and an active CAD license; English at B2+.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD modelling in CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX or Creo.
• Active professional CAD licence required.
• Proficiency with Python and GitHub workflows.
• English at B2 level or above.

Responsabilités

• Train and evaluate AI agents that operate in a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks.
• Design part geometry and build reference solutions.
• Judge the agent's attempts and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Collaborate with CFD engineers to validate geometries and simulations.
