Job summary

INNERGY is hiring a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between our CAD/CAM product and custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to drive the pre-sales cycle, showcase CAD-based design and manufacturing workflows, and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

Travel up to 25% to trade shows and visits. Ideal candidates have hands-on CAD/CAM experience, deep knowledge of libraries and post-processors, and a background in architecture

Qualifications

• Experience translating customer requirements into CAD/CAM solutions.
• Background in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environments preferred.
• Travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showcasing CAD-based design and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and customer events.
