Job summary
INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and act as the technical bridge between CAD/CAM product offerings and custom manufacturers. You will partner with Sales to bring the power of CAD/CAM-driven manufacturing to life for prospects and customers, connecting to the broader INNERGY suite of solutions.
You will translate complex CAD/CAM capabilities into clear, real-world outcomes, helping millwork shops understand how workflows from design to CNC output can transform
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environments (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software and related systems.
- Strong ability to translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations showcasing CAD-based design and manufacturing workflows.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, outputs).
- Guide prospects on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
