INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product development with custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales, lead live demos, and translate complex requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions, guiding customers from discovery to deployment.

Ideal candidates have millwork/ cabinetry industry exposure, 3+ years in technical solutions roles, and strong communication, with readiness to travel up to 25% for shows and customer visits.

Qualifikationen

• Background in the architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry industry strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment preferred.
• Natural ability to build trust and rapport quickly with shop owners, engineers, and production managers.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and/or other CAD/CAM-based systems.
• Thrives in a high-accountability, fast-moving SaaS environment; you own outcomes.
• Ability to demonstrate and explain parametric design, product libraries, and production outputs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; travel up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects through how CAD/CAM supports engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Support technical validations, proof-of-concepts, and complex deal cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
• Contribute to INNERGY's education mission by supporting education sessions, webinars, Lunch & Learn events.
