INNERGY is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with the needs of custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to demonstrate CAD-based design and manufacturing workflows and translate customer requirements into scalable solutions that fit the INNERGY ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities, and you’ll travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits
Competenze
- Experience in Solutions Engineering or sales engineering within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment.
- Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or cabinetry-related industries.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain CNC/post-processor concepts to shop owners.
Mansioni
- Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close with Sales.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD-based design and manufacturing workflows.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, outputs).
- Guide prospects on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing workflows.
- Support technical validations, proofs-of-concept, and complex deals.
