INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM tech and custom manufacturers across North America. You’ll partner with Sales to drive pre-sales, lead tailored demonstrations, and translate complex customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in solutions or sales engineering in manufacturing software, hands-on CAD/CAM experience (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors), and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and/or other CAD/CAM-based systems.
• Background in the architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry industry strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.

Aufgaben

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close, including articulating how CAD/CAM fits within the broader INNERGY ecosystem.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects through how CAD/CAM supports engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
