Job summary

INNERGY seeks a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between our CAD/CAM product and custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to present CAD/CAM-driven workflows and translate customer needs into scalable design-to-manufacturing solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Solutions Engineering within manufacturing software, hands-on CAD/CAM experience (Toolbox, post-processors, libraries), and are comfortable traveling up to 25% for events and customer

Qualifications

Background in the architectural millwork, cabinetry, or custom manufacturing industries is strongly preferred.
~3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment
Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and/or other CAD/CAM-based systems
You can make a CNC post-processor sound exciting to a room full of shop owners
Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events

Responsibilities

Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows
Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs)
Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle from discovery through close
Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities
