INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales success, deliver tailored demonstrations, and translate complex requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

This is a remote role requiring up to 25% travel to trade shows and customer sites. You’ll work with Product and Engineering to align capabilities with customer needs, influence product direction, and educate

Competenze

• Industry experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry or casework is highly preferred.
• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environments.
• Strong ability to build trust quickly with shop owners, engineers and production managers.
• Consultative, problem-first mindset with a focus on practical solutions for customers.

Mansioni

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM and articulate how it fits in the INNERGY ecosystem.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Support technical validations, proofs-of-concept, and complex deal cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities.
• Voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Refine demo environments, libraries, renderings, and outputs.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and events.
• Support education sessions, webinars and Lunch & Learn events.
