INNERGY is seeking a skilled specialist to configure and validate engineering libraries for clients using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You’ll coach clients, build libraries, and help optimize design-to-manufacturing workflows.

Remote-first role with diverse client engagements across North America. You’ll work closely with the Content Creation team to develop training materials and ensure libraries are accurate, complete, and production-ready.

Competenze

Experience in CAD/CAM or engineering software for wood manufacturing.
Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox or similar tools.
Strong ability to configure, validate, and maintain design libraries.
Excellent communication to explain technical ideas to diverse clients.
Experience training clients in person and remotely.

Mansioni

Collaborate with clients to configure and validate libraries in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
Coach clients on best practices and library usage to improve accuracy.
Create training materials and documentation with Content Creation team.
Engage with clients at different technical levels and provide ongoing support.
Document progress, issues, and fixes for the wider support team.
Capture client feedback to improve library management and product workflows.
