INNERGY is hiring a client-focused specialist to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You will coach clients through best practices, work directly in client libraries when needed, and ensure libraries are accurate, complete, and production-ready.

The role supports remote work with clients across regions, requiring strong communication, training delivery, and a collaborative mindset to improve library workflows and client

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or engineering software for millwork.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based tools.
• Strong knowledge of engineering libraries: configure, validate, maintain.
• Clear communication of technical ideas to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Excellent organization and time management; handle multiple engagements.
• Patience, empathy, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with clients; conduct regular check-ins.
• Build and validate libraries; create product data and machining rules.
• Train clients; collaborate with Content Creation for materials.
• Meet clients where they are; tailor support across skill levels.
• Keep communication clear; document progress for the support team.
• Solve problems; fix library setup and usage issues.
• Provide feedback to development and content teams to improve library workflows.
