Job summary

INNERGY in the United States is seeking a client‑facing engineer to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. This remote role is open to candidates nationwide and offers opportunities to impact how clients implement design-to-manufacturing workflows.

You’ll coach clients, run regular check-ins, and provide hands‑on library fixes while collaborating with the Content Creation and Development teams to improve library workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or another AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tool.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: how to configure, validate, and maintain them.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients. Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate libraries. Help clients create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train and support clients with one-on-one guidance on using Toolbox and Engineering libraries.
