INNERGY is seeking a Library Engineer to implement and validate engineering libraries for our CAD/CAM workflows. You’ll work directly with clients to configure Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering, ensuring accuracy and production readiness.

You’ll train users, troubleshoot library setups, and collaborate with the Content and Development teams to improve tooling. This remote role welcomes candidates nationwide, with flexible scheduling and a focus on client success.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or another AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tool.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: configuring, validating, and maintaining them.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management to run several engagements.
• Patience and empathy with clients, focusing on outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with clients.
• Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate libraries.
• Help clients create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train and support.
• Provide one‑on‑one guidance on using Toolbox and Engineering libraries.
• Meet clients where they are and adapt for varying technical levels.
• Keep communication clear and document progress and fixes for the support team.
• Find and fix issues with library setup, configuration, and use.
• Contribute feedback to development and content teams to improve tooling and client experience.
