Zusammenfassung

INNERGY is seeking a Client Library Engineer to work with architectural millwork clients, configuring and validating libraries in Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You’ll coach clients, fix issues, and ensure design-to-manufacturing workflows run smoothly.

You will engage remotely with customers across the US, adjust approaches to different skill levels, document progress, and feed client feedback to product and content teams to improve libraries and usage.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox or INNERGY Engineering or similar AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tools.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: configuration, validation, and maintenance.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to diverse users, from power users to beginners.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management; can handle multiple engagements.

Aufgaben

• Configure, build, validate, and maintain library components for clients.
• Coach clients through best practices and provide one-on-one guidance.
• Work directly in client libraries to ensure accuracy and readiness for production.
• Train clients and collaborate with Content Creation to determine needed materials.
• Document progress, issues, and fixes to keep the support team informed.
• Identify and fix library setup or usage issues; propose practical improvements.
• Gather and relay client feedback to development and content teams to improve libraries.
