INNERGY is seeking a Library Engineer to configure, build, validate, and maintain client engineering libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You will coach clients, work directly in client libraries when appropriate, and collaborate with our Content Creation team to deliver effective training materials.

The role supports a remote or office-based environment, with emphasis on clear communication and ongoing library improvements.

Competenze

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tools.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: configure, validate, and maintain them.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients new to software.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management; manage multiple engagements.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with clients; review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards; work in client libraries when needed.
• Provide one-on-one guidance and create or guide training materials with Content Creation team.
• Adapt approach for clients at all tech levels; support adoption of Toolbox and Engineering workflows.
• Maintain clear documentation of progress, issues, and fixes for the wider support team.
• Identify and fix issues with library setup and usage; propose practical solutions to improve workflows.
• Relay client feedback to development and content teams to drive improvements.
