INNERGY seeks a skilled engineer to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for clients using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You will coach clients through best practices, work directly in client libraries when needed, and ensure libraries are accurate and production-ready.

This remote role welcomes professionals experienced with CAD/CAM software, especially AutoCAD‑based tools, and with a strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse

Competenze

• Experience in a CAD/CAM or engineering software role.
• Hands‑on time with Microvellum Toolbox or AutoCAD‑based design‑to‑manufacturing tools.
• Experience configuring, validating, and maintaining engineering libraries.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management; can manage multiple client engagements.
• Patience and empathy; measure success by client results.

Mansioni

• Work closely with clients; hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate libraries; create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train and support clients; provide one‑on‑one guidance on using Toolbox and Engineering libraries.
• Meet clients where they are; adjust approach for different skill levels and provide extra support for adoption.
• Maintain clear communication; document progress, issues, and fixes for the wider support team.
• Solve problems; fix library setup, configuration, and usage issues with clients.
• Provide feedback to development and content teams to improve library management and client experience.
