Job summary

Open Mind Health is seeking a fully licensed California therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist PsyD/PhD) for a 100% remote telehealth role serving California clients. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will provide virtual psychotherapy with a flexible schedule, a minimum of 20 hours per week, and compensation of $70–$80 per hour.

California licensure is required; applicants outside CA may reside elsewhere.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD]).
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms.
• Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to clients through our telehealth platform.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate.
• Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
