Job summary

Open Mind Health is recruiting fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist) for 100% remote adult psychotherapy. The role emphasizes evidence-guided, culturally responsive care with a flexible schedule and a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Applicants may reside outside California, but must hold an active California license to serve clients located in CA. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist).
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology.
• Able to maintain minimum 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual psychotherapy primarily to adult clients.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-guided, client-centered care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team and practice within licensing requirements.
