Job summary

Open Mind Health is seeking licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist) to provide 100% remote adult psychotherapy. Flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and compensation at $70–$80 per hour as a 1099 independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or psychologist PsyD/PhD) is required.
• Experience in providing psychotherapy to adults is preferred.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology.
• Commitment to cultural responsive, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual psychotherapy primarily to adult clients.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive care.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and collaborate with care team.
