Open Mind Health seeks licensed California therapists to provide virtual care. This 1099 independent contractor role requires an active CA license and offers a 100% remote telehealth setup with a flexible schedule and a 20+ hours weekly commitment.

Therapists will work with diverse clients across California, delivering evidence-based, culturally responsive care and maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist).
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms.
• Passion for culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to clients through our telehealth platform.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate.
• Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
