Job summary

Open Mind Health is seeking fully licensed California therapists for 100% remote couples, relationship, and family therapy. This role focuses on relational and systemic work with families, couples, and individuals, serving clients in California.

Applicants must hold an active CA license and be able to provide 20+ hours weekly. Compensation is $70–$80 per hour on a 1099 independent contractor basis, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist)
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care
• Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms
• Passion for culturally responsive, client-centered care
• Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to couples, partners, and/or families
• Assess relational and family-system needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support clients with communication, conflict, relationship transitions, parenting, intimacy, and other relational concerns
• Apply evidence-guided relational or systemic approaches appropriate to your training and scope of practice
• Deliver culturally responsive, client-centered care
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate
• Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements
