Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support designated geographic regions with emphasis on California. The role covers employee relations, training, onboarding, performance management and compliance.

Remote-friendly position with the ability to work from various states; candidacy open to those with strong HRIS experience, California wage-and-hour knowledge, and a track record of confidential handling of information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field or relevant experience.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience, preferably generalist.
• 5+ years supporting CA employees with wage-and-hour, CFRA/PDL, and compliance.
• Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation, performance management, labor laws.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR plans and procedures; update handbooks and policies.
• Develop department goals and systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations; write job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviews.
• Maintain HRIS records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws.
• Support performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
