Job summary

Florida Virtual School seeks a highly motivated FlexPoint Sales Account Manager to manage existing accounts and win new business in California from a home-office setup. You will lead consultative discussions, manage the full sales cycle, and align solutions with K-12 district needs.

This remote, national role requires 5+ years of sales experience (3 in education) and Salesforce CRM proficiency; base pay plus commissions, with a strong benefits package reflecting FLVS's commitment to performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Education, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years’ sales experience.
• Three (3) years’ experience in working directly in the education marketplace, preferred.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce technology, CRM, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share in a defined region.
• Find and close new sales opportunities while renewing established client partnerships.
• Lead consultative discussions with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle for clients in a region and move MQLs/SQLs efficiently.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships and recommend virtual/blended solutions for K-12 districts.
• Create path-to-goal strategy for the assigned region.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators.
• Engage with professional learning opportunities and maintain an active social presence.
• Travel to assigned regions to present and conduct customer meetings.
• Collaborate with FLVS and FlexPoint teams to coordinate customer support.
