TP ICAP’s RealQ division seeks a high-impact sales leader to drive buy-side adoption of our institutional trading platform from Chicago. This remote role requires ownership of the full commercial lifecycle—from prospecting and onboarding to revenue realization and market share growth.

You will manage senior client relationships, coordinate with product and technology teams, and lead connectivity initiatives to expand data streams and platform usage across the US.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in financial services with hands-on onboarding experience.
• Deep background in electronic trading, market structure or institutional sales.
• Proven track record of converting client engagements into revenue growth.
• Ability to lead complex onboarding projects with internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Direct Revenue Generation: onboard new Buy Side clients and drive revenue.
• Hands-on relationship management with senior clients to ensure retention and growth.
• Expand platform adoption by coordinating with internal teams and clients on new features.
