Job summary

TP ICAP's RealQ unit seeks a high-impact sales leader to drive buy-side adoption of its platform. This remote role, based in Chicago, requires leading the commercial lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding and go-live.

You will own revenue targets and translate client conversations into measurable revenue growth and market share gains. The role demands 5-10+ years in financial services, expertise in fixed income or credit, and a track record of onboarding and expanding complex trading

Qualifications

5–10+ years in financial services with hands-on onboarding experience.
Deep knowledge of fixed income, rates or credit asset classes.
Proven ability to convert client engagement to revenue growth.
Strong ability to manage senior client relationships while delivering internal projects.
Experience onboarding Buy Side clients and driving platform usage.

Responsibilities

Direct Revenue Generation: Drive top-line revenue growth by onboarding new Buy Side clients and meeting targets.
Hands-On Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with senior clients and understand evolving needs.
Platform Adoption & Expansion: Expand platform adoption across client teams; manage meetings, usage reports, and demos.
End-to-End Onboarding Leadership: Lead onboarding and connectivity initiatives from inception to go-live.
Internal & External Advocacy: Align platform enhancements with client feedback to drive data growth.
