Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, QA, testing, reporting, data analysis, or related field.
• Experience supporting business applications and operational processes.
• Experience with system testing, data validation, or QA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA testing and validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Investigate data discrepancies, defects, and process issues; support root cause analysis.
• Validate system changes and configurations prior to implementation.
• Participate in UAT, regression testing, and production validation activities.
• Develop and maintain reports, validation tools, and process documentation.
