Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business systems analysis, QA, testing, or data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA testing and data validation for benefit plan data and documents.
• Validate system outputs and support UAT, regression, and production validation.
• Develop reports, dashboards, validation tools, and standard operating procedures.
