Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, quality assurance, testing, reporting, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience with system testing, data validation, or quality assurance preferred.
• Healthcare, insurance, benefits administration, or other regulated industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Data Validation: Perform QA testing and validation to ensure benefit plan data, documents, and system outputs are accurate, complete, compliant, and delivered on time.
• Business Systems Support: Support administration, maintenance, and enhancement of Simplify Benefits1 and related applications; gather and document requirements; maintain SOPs.
• Process Improvement, Reporting & Tool Development: Identify improvements, develop validation tools, reports, dashboards, templates, and other resources; support automation initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to support initiatives; maintain centralized documentation.
