Sentara Health is seeking a Business System Analyst for a fully remote role focused on QA testing, data validation, and accuracy of benefit plan data within its systems.

Responsibilities include supporting Simplify Benefits1 and related applications, gathering requirements, maintaining procedures, and developing validation tools and reports. Remote opportunities are available in Minnesota and other states.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, QA, testing, reporting, or data analysis.
• Experience supporting business applications and operational processes.
• Healthcare, insurance, or benefits administration experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform QA testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate data discrepancies and support root cause analysis.
• Validate system changes and coordinate UAT and production validation.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and validation tools.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Sales, and Operations teams.
