This senior role collaborates with HR stakeholders to deliver data-driven talent management, organizational development, change leadership, and workforce planning, while leveraging AI and analytics to improve outcomes. Remote work is supported, with Eastern Time Zone hours applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of HRBP experience supporting business leaders.
• 3+ years collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence (TA, ER, Total Rewards, L&D).
• Strong coaching, analytical, and change leadership capabilities.
