Dahl Consulting is seeking a seasoned Business Process Engineer to drive enterprise-wide process modernization. You will partner with leaders, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational excellence, streamline workflows, and implement sustainable process changes.

This role requires leading cross-functional teams and guiding initiatives from strategy through implementation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• 7+ years in BPM, analytics, program or project management, or operations.
• Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional teams and initiatives.
• Experience driving continuous improvement programs and sustainable changes.
• Strong program/project management and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with business and technology across organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business process improvement initiatives across multiple functions.
• Partner with leaders, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to design future-state processes.
• Facilitate transition from design to implementation with adoption and sustainability.
• Drive continuous improvement using established methodologies and best practices.
• Lead large, cross-functional teams to execute transformation programs.
• Manage programs from planning to execution with risk and outcome tracking.
• Develop process docs, workflows, requirements, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate performance and identify efficiency, quality, and customer experience gains.
• Present recommendations and updates to business and executive stakeholders.
• Support change management to promote adoption of new processes.
